These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Boldly Blessed.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Boldly Blessed product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
THE BOLDLY BLESSED MEMBERSHIP
Boldly Blessed provides educational and faith-based personal-development content designed to help Christian women explore topics including biblical mindset renewal, personal growth, stewardship, abundance, faith, habits, beliefs, and creating a life aligned with their values and relationship with God.
Depending on your membership or purchase, content may include written materials, videos, audio recordings, guided meditations or reflective exercises, worksheets, live calls, community discussions, digital resources, and other educational materials.
We may periodically add, remove, modify, replace, or update membership content, features, resources, or delivery methods.
EDUCATIONAL AND FAITH-BASED PURPOSE
All Boldly Blessed content is provided for educational, informational, inspirational, and faith-based purposes only.
Boldly Blessed and its founder are not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, attorney, or other licensed professional.
Nothing contained within the membership, website, emails, social media, courses, community, coaching-style discussions, meditations, exercises, or other materials should be interpreted as medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice.
If you require professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
MINDSET, NERVOUS SYSTEM & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Boldly Blessed may discuss concepts involving mindset, beliefs, thought patterns, stress, meditation, relaxation, nervous-system regulation, visualization, journaling, Scripture, prayer, and other personal-development practices.
These materials are educational and spiritual in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
You are responsible for determining whether any exercise or practice is appropriate for you.
FAITH DISCLAIMER
Boldly Blessed is a Christian faith-based brand. Our content reflects our interpretation and understanding of Scripture and Christian principles.
Our teachings, opinions, interpretations, prayers, exercises, and discussions should not be considered a substitute for your own study of Scripture, prayer, discernment, pastoral guidance, or counsel from your church or spiritual leaders.
Participation in Boldly Blessed does not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, relational, financial, career, or life outcome.
RESULTS & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Boldly Blessed may discuss abundance, wealth, money, opportunities, career growth, entrepreneurship, personal transformation, achieving goals, and creating a life you deeply desire.
We do not guarantee financial success, increased income, wealth, business success, career advancement, opportunities, or any particular life result.
Examples, testimonials, stories, personal experiences, or results discussed within Boldly Blessed are provided for illustrative purposes only. They should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, effort, skills, resources, finances, and other factors.
Nothing provided by Boldly Blessed constitutes financial or investment advice.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, finances, relationships, career, business, and results.
The purpose of Boldly Blessed is to provide education, tools, ideas, encouragement, and resources.
You remain responsible for determining how—or whether—to apply anything you learn.
By participating, you acknowledge that personal development involves individual circumstances and that results vary from person to person.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
By purchasing a paid Boldly Blessed membership, you agree to pay the price presented to you at checkout.
If you select a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated billing interval until you cancel your membership.
Prices, membership options, and features may change from time to time. Any pricing changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated as required by applicable law before they take effect.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time through the cancellation method provided with your membership or by contacting us at maisuegobert@gmail.com
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already processed.
After cancellation, access may continue through the remainder of the billing period for which you have already paid, unless otherwise stated.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate digital access provided through Boldly Blessed, membership payments are non-refundable once processed except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a specific refund guarantee is expressly stated on the applicable checkout or sales page.
Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges but does not generate a refund for amounts previously paid.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Boldly Blessed is intended to provide a respectful, encouraging, faith-centered environment.
Members agree not to harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, intimidate, or intentionally harm other members; post unlawful or abusive content; spam or solicit members without permission; impersonate another person; or intentionally disrupt the community.
We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.
COMMUNITY PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Members may share personal experiences, struggles, beliefs, finances, relationships, goals, or other private information within the Boldly Blessed community.
By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of other members.
You may not intentionally reproduce, publish, distribute, screenshot for public distribution, or otherwise disclose another member’s private posts, conversations, personal information, or experiences without that person’s permission, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to report a safety concern or unlawful conduct.
However, Boldly Blessed cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality. You should use discretion when sharing sensitive information online.
The sample agreement similarly treats information exchanged among participants as confidential.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Boldly Blessed materials—including written content, articles, courses, videos, audio recordings, meditations, worksheets, workbooks, frameworks, graphics, downloads, training materials, branding, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Boldly Blessed and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal purposes.
Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly publish, upload, share, teach from, commercially exploit, or create derivative products substantially reproducing our protected materials.
Purchasing a membership or product does not transfer ownership of Boldly Blessed intellectual property to you.
The sample follows the same basic approach by providing customers a single-user license rather than ownership of the program materials.
ACCOUNT SHARING
Your membership is for your individual use unless your membership plan expressly states otherwise.
You may not share your login credentials or provide non-members with access to paid Boldly Blessed content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be involved in unauthorized account sharing or distribution of paid materials.
TESTIMONIALS
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, success story, photograph, or other content for promotional use, we will obtain any permissions required for the particular use.
Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another member will achieve identical or similar results.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Boldly Blessed may rely on third-party platforms for payment processing, email delivery, community features, video hosting, website hosting, live meetings, or other services.
Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, security incidents, or other circumstances caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Boldly Blessed when a member materially violates these Terms, infringes our intellectual property, engages in fraud or unlawful activity, threatens or harasses other members, intentionally disrupts the community, or otherwise misuses the Services.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before termination.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boldly Blessed and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in or use of the Services.
You understand that you participate in personal-development activities and make decisions based on educational content at your own discretion and risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boldly Blessed and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.
FORCE MAJEURE
Boldly Blessed will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, internet or technology outages, labor disruptions, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When material changes are made, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
The updated Terms will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any applicable refund policy, checkout terms, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Boldly Blessed regarding your use and purchase of the applicable Services.
